Also worked with engineers, Frank Hawkins who spent lots of time on the Proud Heritage, and was an awesome cribbage player. Worked with Primo Espinoza who stitched my hand up after a n accident. Phil Lawton, who I apprenticed under, and later saw on the East Coast. As well I had various interactions with all the East Coast bluefin seiners, including the AA Ferrante, White Dove, Connie Jean, Ruth and Pat, and their Captains.
